Self is delighted to have received planning permission for Phase One of a new industrial development in North Yorkshire, within the borough of Redcar and Cleveland.
The development, located at Troisdorf Way next to Kirkleatham Business Park, consists of 17 industrial units ranging in size from 116 sqm to 210 sqm, with new vehicular access and associated parking.
Working on behalf of the client Priority Space, Self designed the scheme and submitted a planning application in February this year. The practice worked alongside Trebbi colleagues from Monaghans, Roscoe, and FHP, who have also been appointed as part of the wider project team.
We are looking forward to continuing to work with Priority Space, and the other Trebbi companies, on this exciting development as it moves forward to the next phase.
