New Residential Development in Sheffield

Self Architects are moving through planning on this exciting new residential development in central Sheffield that will create 83 new apartments across two blocks.

Working closely with the project team, the proposal generates a 70% uplift in Biodiversity across the site (integrated with a unique Sustainable Urban Drainage system) - a huge achievement that will benefit plant and wildlife in the vicinity and minimise surface water runoff.
