Self reconfigured the cluster flats of 5 bedrooms and a shared bathroom to flats of 6 ensuite bedrooms. The design of the ensuite units is meticulously planned to create a compact, but highly liveable bedroom. The project delivers a 13% up lift in units from the previous 156 shared bathroom units to 177 stylish modern ensuite rooms. The refurbishment period consisted of 20 weeks, with the students moving in, in September 2022.
