The new community centre in the Woodhouse area of Sheffield designed and delivered by Self Architects, provides a range of local facilities including the relocated local library. The £500,000 building has been built by the Jaguar Estates Group, with support from Sheffield City Council and it is run by local people. The single-storey community centre is formed by two mono pitched wings, with a corner entrance that is raised and has a dramatic curved canopy.
