Self designed a suite of new amenity spaces in this existing student scheme creating 465m2 of accommodation all delivered to a fast-track programme. The majority of the amenity space was repurposed redundant office space. The design created new lounge areas, study booths, games rooms, a cinema room, gymnasium, coffee stations and reception. The scheme was completed in 8 weeks on site.
Fenton House joins several student interior design projects, where Self’s interior designers have used underutilised spaces to create amenity spaces, with distinct character and warmth that provide a nurturing environment for the student population.
