This is an ambitious development to regenerate the area and create a new urban village and community centred around the existing Grade II Listed St. Oswald’s church. The site on the banks of the Don centres the residential elements, of houses and apartments, on a new square with St. Oswald’s Church and also a village green. The commercial elements are spread to the periphery and along Grove Road, with offices, a business centre, retail units, live/work units, a nursery & community building.
