Self designed and delivered a multimillion-pound refurbishment programme at House of Fraser, London Victoria that culminated in a successful relaunch of the store. The extensive programme of interior refurbishments covered all four floors of the store and included the retail area and reconfiguration of the circulation with new escalators.
