Inspiration

The building takes inspiration from the existing pub building, the elevational treatments include facing brick and render matching the existing pub in appearance and they also incorporate brickwork detailing from the pub.

The approximate building cost was £2.3 million and it was completed in 24 weeks. This is the third completed timber frame lodge, with several more currently under construction and in for planning approval.
