This proposed development of over 100,000sqft of offices complements Self Architects previous 10 storey residential scheme on the same site. The design takes advantage of the setting between River and Canal frontages near the centre of Wakefield. The scheme forms part of the phased development of the site which will be completed with smaller Individual offices buildings and a waterside restaurant.
