The student hall provides 177 ensuite cluster bedrooms in 4 blocks, which have been extensively refurbished from a previously owned university buildings of shared bathrooms. Woodhouse consists of 4 blocks, 3 of 4 storeys and one of 3, in banded brick with timber bays, facing onto the tree lined St Marks Street.

Self reconfigured the cluster flats of 5 bedrooms and a shared bathroom to flats of 6 ensuite bedrooms. The design of the en-suite units is meticulously planned to create a compact, but highly liveable bedroom. The project delivers a 13% up lift in units from the previous 156 and stylish modern ensuite accommodation desired by the student population. The refurbishment period consisted of 20 weeks, with the students moving in, in September 2022.
