BIM

All Self’s projects are developed using the latest REViT software and the practice is fully BIM committed and compliant. We model the design in 3D from day one and this brings huge advantages in collaborative working with the client and other consultants.

BIM allows us to literally ‘walk clients through’ the project before the design is finalised.

BIM facilitates clash detection and reduces wastage prior to construction.

The federated model can be developed by the construction team to integrate their design and track the build.

The BIM model can be used in the maintenance and operation of the building.

A range of outputs can be produced from the BIM model.
